A Year of Highs, Lows, and Unstoppable Growth
As 2024 comes to a close, I’m filled with excitement for what’s ahead. This year has been transformative—filled with lessons, growth, and the kind of progress that sets the stage for an unforgettable 2025.

The Highs
This year has been filled with milestones that reaffirmed my passion and purpose.
✨ Working Braver with more Confidence and Clarity
I began 2024 with a business retreat—a space to reflect, dream big, and map out bold plans for Vincita’s future. The insights and strategies from that retreat fuelled everything I’ve accomplished this year. From working with long-term clients to welcoming new ones, I’ve refined how I drive acceleration and impact.
✨ Launching Make Your Mark
This accelerator has been a game-changer for ambitious leaders. The results my clients have achieved inspire me every day—from launching new services to doubling revenue streams and creating high-value strategies for the future.
✨ Growing Vincita
2024 also marked the expansion of my business, bringing in associate coaches and collaborating with some of the brightest minds in sales, mindset, financial planning, and digital marketing. Together, we’re delivering transformation on a whole new level.

The Lows
This year tested me in ways I never imagined.
Picture this: waking up to a mysterious tennis-ball-sized purple eye that landed me in A&E. Then came a twisted ankle with a snap so dramatic it deserved its own sound effect. Just as I began to heal, an MRI delivered another blow: hip osteoarthritis that benched me from running and tennis—my biggest passions.
And then the cherry on top: a dermatologist revealed I’m allergic to the sun. Yes, the actual sun.
Now, I know many people face far tougher battles, but we all have our own mountains to climb. These were mine. They left me feeling vulnerable, grieving, and asking, what now?
When life throws us curveballs, we have a choice:
We can lie there taking the punches, reach for ALL the gelato (tempting, I know), or we can choose differently. We can choose not to suffer but to turn our struggles into opportunities.
And that’s exactly why I’m embarking on something big…
The Quest
I want to discover how the greatest minds turn their challenges into high performance, strength, and new opportunities. I’ll be meeting with these incredible people, learning their techniques, strategies, and wisdom—and sharing them with you each week in The Burst.
Here’s what’s coming:
1. Going Nomadic
I’m leaving my beautiful home in Rome behind and traveling through Italy and the UK. Along the way, I’ll record new episodes of Snippets of Genius, interviewing extraordinary people who’ve navigated their own challenges and achieved remarkable success.
2. Expanding StorySLAM
For the first half of 2025, I’ll co-host in Italy, and then… the UK edition is on its way! Venues in London and York are already on my radar. Get ready for connection, creativity, and unforgettable storytelling near you.
3. Finding My New Home
I’m taking you along for the ride as I explore where to plant my roots next. From Rome to London and beyond, follow my journey on Instagram as I share my search for the perfect place to call home.
4. Scaling Vincita

This year, I worked with clients—some who’ve been with me for years and others just starting their journey—in ways that drive true acceleration. I’ve refined the tools, tech, and training to help my clients achieve their boldest goals, and 2025 will take this to the next level.
